$100,000 Kachingko Event

Every Saturday in June, 10 people will have the chance to win $100,000 during The Plaza Hotel & Casino’s 2019 Kachingko event! Players can earn points by playing the slots, tables, and bingo. On the slots, each point amounts to one drawing entry for Kachingko.

Kachingko Event Details

For the tables, entries are earned based on time played, and for bingo, every dollar wagered gets you one entry. Entries for Kachingko can be earned until June 28th and must be deposited at the Royal Rewards kiosk on the day of the drawing between 6 PM and 8 PM to be entered to win.

Being a Royal Rewards member has more perks than just entering you into Kachingko with the potential to win $100,000. All new Royal Rewards members receive 100 tickets to biweekly Spin 2 Win event on Tuesday and Friday for a chance to win $2,000 in free slot play.
New members also get $10 in Match Play for blackjack, roulette, or craps tables. In addition to all the rewards in the casinos, Royal Rewards members receive additional perks like hotel room discounts, discounts on food, and priority reservations.

Man Wins $270K at The Plaza After Betting His Life Savings

For Ashley Revell, a 32-year-old man from London, gambling his life savings in Las Vegas actually paid off. In possibly the most famous bet of recent years, a 32-year-old Ashley Revell from Kent sold all of his worldly possessions to bet everything he owned on the roulette table in Vegas.

Back in 2004, he won $270,600 at the Plaza Hotel & Casino in a double-or-nothing bet at the roulette wheel. Revell chose to bet on red with a less than a 50/50 chance of doubling his life savings of $135,300.

There was a whole film crew there to film his wager. At first, the bet was supposed to take place at the Hard Rock Hotel, but they wouldn’t accept the wager.

The Plaza was up for the fun though! As the roulette wheel spun the anticipation grew before finally landing on Red 7.

Ashley Revell sold all of his possessions in order to make up the $135,300 he bet at The Plaza. After winning the $270,600, Revell decided to start a poker website, Poker UTD, and he also entered the online gambling market with an iGaming recruitment website. Revell decided to take a trip to Holland shortly after the bet in Las Vegas where he met his wife. They now have two kids.

There hasn’t been a bet quite as unique as Revell’s since then. It even spawned a reality television show called “Red or Black” created by Simon Cowell.

One of the best ways to celebrate Veterans Day in Las Vegas is by exploring the iconic downtown Las Vegas. There are plenty of different art installations, museums, and shows to see around.

Las Vegas Pickleball Oepn Whether you’re a pickleball expert or are just hearing the term for the very first time, you won’t want to miss one of fall’s most anticipated events. The 2018 Las Vegas Pickleball Open will be held September 25th to September 29th, and competitors will have the chance to win $25,000 in cash for the pro tournament. In addition to the pro tournament, there will be an amateur tournament and the option to watch as a spectator. People come from all over the country to compete in this oddly named sport and reign supreme. If you’re not familiar with pickleball, it is somewhat like tennis or badminton. You can play the game as singles or doubles, and it involves hitting a ball over a net. The game started in 1965, and it’s been capturing the attention of sports fans ever since. If you’re entirely new to pickleball but interested in learning more, you may want to check out The Beginners Guide to Pickleball, which will explain the fundamentals of the game. The Plaza Hotel and Casino’s pickleball courts are located up near the pool on the rooftop which is where the tournament will be held. The Super Bingo Tournament brings hundreds of people from all over the world into Downtown Las Vegas for the chance to win big and meet other bingo players.
