Hotel

At the time of booking, we charge the first nights room and tax as the deposit. The remaining balance is collected at check-in, plus a $50.00 security deposit on a debit or credit card. Some package bookings will be charged differently based on inclusions.
No, your deposit is charged once for your entire stay, while the resort fee applies to the number of nights you're staying.
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. We offer complimentary early check-in based on availability. Please inquire with the front desk on your check-in day.
Security fee is charged once at the time of arrival for your stay. Resort fees are a mandatory nightly charge for amenities.
Mini Fridges are available in our Junior Suites and above. You can inquire about renting a mini-fridge at the Front Desk based on availability.
The rooms that have coffee pots are Mini Suites, One/ Two Bedroom Suites, Pool Suites, Junior Suites, and Penthouses. We have the great Coffee Bar located in the hotel lobby for all your coffee needs.
Our Bell desk (Located at the Front Desk) will be happy to hold your luggage before check-in and after departure. Any luggage left for more than 14 days will be turned over to Lost and Found.
We do not allow microwaves or hot plates in any of our guest rooms.

Yes, all of our rooms are based on double occupancy. 3rd and 4th guests are subject to charges. Cots are also available at the Front Desk. Additionally, due to LV fire code, we can only have two beds in any guest room.

Amenities

Cabana reservations are currently closed for winter season. Each cabana accommodates 6 guests and is equipped with a flat-screen TV, furnishings, 2 lounge chairs, refrigerator, and digital safe. Daily rental includes 6 bottles of waters, fresh fruit, frozen grapes, towels, and a cocktail server. Cabana Hours 10am-6pm. The cost of the cabanas is as follows: Weekdays-$50 rental with a $100 Food and Beverage minimum. Weekends- $50 rental with a $200 Food and Beverage minimum. Holidays/ Special Events- $50 rental with a $200 Food and Beverage minimum. We also sell Day Beds. Beds accommodate up to 4 guests. Daily rental includes 4 bottles of water, towels, umbrella and cocktail server. The cost of the daybeds is as follows: Weekdays- $25 rental with a $50 Food and Beverage minimum. Weekends- $25 rental with a $100 Food and Beverage minimum. Holidays- $50 rental with a $150 Food and Beverage minimum.
The fee for non-locals and non-hotel guests is $10 per person. Please keep in mind that this fee is waived if you reserve a cabana.
We offer transportation from the hotel to the airport if available. Make sure to let the front desk know when you check in to schedule a ride to the airport. To get from the airport to the hotel, you can use a taxi, rideshare service, or you can take the Westcliff Airport Express, also called the WAX bus. These services will drop you off on Casino Center and Fremont which is a block away from the Plaza. (A three-minute walk).

Each room has a bag and a ticket for dry cleaning which you can bring to the bell desk. If you bring your items to the bell desk by 8am, your clothes will be ready for pick up that same evening from the bell desk. Pricing varies from $7.00 for a shirt to $14.50 for a suit. If you prefer a laundering service, we typically recommend Las Vegas Laundry Service. You can book an appointment for pick up with them by calling (702)752.4254. Las Vegas laundry offers same day pick up and drop off for only $25 for as many items that will fit in an eighteen-gallon laundry bin!
Standard and Portable Scooters cost $45 for one day, $80 for two days, $100 for three days and $110 for four days. Please inquire with the bell desk for rentals longer than four days. You can book and pay with the bell desk. Both cash and credit are accepted. If you need more than one wheelchair or scooter, please contact the bell desk in advance to make arrangements. You can call the bell desk at 702-386-2332.
Parking is complimentary for all Hotel guests. Your room key will provide complimentary access in the parking garage. Valet is also complimentary for Hotel guests (gratuity not included).
We are not a pet-friendly property. Only service animals are permitted in our guest rooms.
Real Results is open daily from 7am to 7pm.
Yes, hypoallergenic linens can be requested for your room to suit your needs. Please give us 48-hour notice before arrival to ensure availability.

Miscellaneous

Our UPS store is located on the 3rd floor of the South Tower. They can handle all packaging services. Fees do apply. UPS Store also provides notary services.
We do not allow marijuana smoking anywhere on our property.
We have several rooms facing the Fremont Street experience (great view by the way) in our North Tower. The party atmosphere continues until 1am (2am on weekends.) Complimentary earplugs are available in these rooms, but if the party scene is too much for you, feel free to request a hotel room in the South Tower.
The Plaza does offer oversized parking in our open lot. Prices for Hotel and Non-Hotel guests start at $20/ day based on availability.
