At time of booking, for general reservations, one night's room and tax is charged to a major credit card as the initial deposit*.

Upon arrival, the remaining balance for room, tax & nightly $35 (plus tax) resort fee, plus a $100 deposit (per reservation) for incidental charges, is authorized to your debit or credit card. Nightly resort fee includes: covered parking for standard sized vehicles (2 per reservation); fitness center admission; bottled water; local/800 calls from guest room; airline boarding pass printing. (Resort fee is subject to change. Management reserves all rights).
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Late check-outs are subject to a fee. Complimentary early check-in begins daily at 12pm based on availability. Check-in before 12pm is $30 plus tax.
A major credit/debit card is required for reservation security deposits to include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The hotel does not accept prepaid cards, gift cards, contactless payment, or virtual bank cards such as but not limited to (Netspend, Cashapp, or Venmo). Cash is accepted for all charges, except $100 refundable security deposit. Acceptable form of identification matching the name on the credit/debit card must accompany the card at the time of check in.

The rooms that have coffee pots are Mini Suites, One/ Two Bedroom Suites, Pool Suites, Junior Studios, and Penthouses. We have the great Coffee Bar located in the hotel lobby for all your coffee needs.
Our Bell desk (Located at the Front Desk) will be happy to hold your luggage before check-in and after departure. Any luggage left for more than 14 days will be turned over to Lost and Found.

Yes, all of our rooms are based on double occupancy. Adding 3rd and 4th guests are subject to charges. Cots are also available at the Front Desk. Please be advised, only the primary guest can check into hotel reservations.

Each cabana accommodates 6 guests and is equipped with a flat-screen TV, furnishings, 2 lounge chairs, refrigerator, and digital safe. Daily rental includes 6 bottles of waters, towels, and a cocktail server. Cabana Hours 10am-6pm.

The cost of a cabana is as follows:
Weekdays-$50 rental with a $75 beverage minimum.
Weekends- $50 rental with a $150 beverage minimum.
Holidays/ Special Events- $75 rental with a $250 beverage minimum.

Daybeds accommodate up to 4 guests. Daily rental includes 4 bottles of water, towels, umbrella and cocktail server.

The cost of a daybed is as follows:
Weekdays- $25 rental with a $50 beverage minimum.

Each room has a bag and a ticket for dry cleaning which you can bring to the bell desk. Portable scooters are $45 daily for hotel guests, and must remain on property. Scooters are based on availability on the day of arrival, and accommodations may be made directly with the bell desk in person.

We have several rooms facing the Fremont Street experience (great view by the way) in our North Tower. The party atmosphere continues until 1am (2am on weekends.) Complimentary earplugs are available in these rooms, but if the party scene is too much for you, feel free to request a hotel room in the South Tower.
The Plaza does offer oversized parking in our open lot. Prices for Hotel and Non-Hotel guests start at $20/ day based on availability.
