Five Guys coming to downtown Las Vegas at the Plaza Hotel & Casino Iconic hamburger restaurant to open summer 2026, Five Guys hot dog cart to open in the spring at Carousel Bar

Unlike any other location, Five Guys will also operate a hot dog cart under the dome and adjacent to Carousel Bar, serving its famous all-beef dogs that are split lengthwise, grilled for optimal flavor, and served on toasted golden-brown buns with hand-prepped toppings.

Five Guys at the Plaza is expected to be open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Take-out and delivery will also be available.
