HOTEL PACKAGES

Packages are based on availability and  subject to change.  Packages may not be combined with any other discount and/or promotional offer.  Packages do not include resort fee or occupancy tax.  Entertainment schedule is subject to change.  Management reserves the right to revise, limit availability or discontinue offer at any time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 72-hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit except non-refundable, non-transferable reservations as noted in the package disclaimer. If you cancel within 72 hours, including reservations made within 3 days of arrival, you will be charged the 1st night’s room rate and tax.

DEPOSITS AND CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS

All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. For general reservations, one night’s room and tax is charged at time of booking. For package reservations, the full package price of room and tax are charged at time of booking. Reservations made with declined or invalid credit cards are subject to cancellation. If your reservation is for arrival within the next 2 days, you will be required to present the same credit card which was used for the deposit to the front desk agent upon arrival for verification. If outside of the 2 day arrival, advance payment for all nights can be arranged by calling 1-800-634-6575.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus $100 (per stay) to cover incidental charges. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Debit card hard charges may result, in lieu of an authorization for incidental deposits and/or payment for length of stay. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

PLAYERS CARD OFFERS

To redeem a Plaza Rewards hotel offer the primary Plaza Rewards customer on the account must be present at check-in with valid photo ID and Plaza Rewards card that match the name on the hotel reservation.

Should a companion arrive prior to the individual with the hotel reservation, the companion will not be able to check-in but will have the option to book a separate reservation until the arrival of the primary Plaza Rewards customer, based on availability. Upon the arrival of the individual with the original reservation, they will be added to the new reservation and honor the original rates booked.

EARLY CHECK-IN

Early check-in is based on availability for a fee. Complimentary early check in begins at 12pm based upon availability. Fees may be subject to change and management reserves all rights. Check-out is 11am.

LATE CHECK-OUT

Late Check-out requests may be made with the front desk and are based on availability for a fee. Fees may be subject to change and management reserves all rights.

LATE ARRIVALS

Rooms reserved through Plazahotelcasino.com are guaranteed for late arrival (after 6pm).

ROOM PREFERENCES

The Hotel will make every effort to fulfill preference requests; however they are not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for some requests. For accommodation preferences for the physically challenged, please call us at 1-800-634-6575.

AGE REQUIREMENT

This is an ADULTS ONLY location. Patrons must be over the age of 21 to reserve and check-in to the hotel, per guest room.

ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES

Rates are based on two people per room. A charge may apply for additional people staying in the same room. The maximum number of guests per standard guest room is four (4).

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE

The Hotel understands that guests may need to depart prior to the scheduled departure date.  The guest will have up to the time of check-in to amend their departure date without penalty.  After this time, should the guest depart earlier than indicated there will be a $50.00 early departure fee.

RESORT FEE

The resort fee is $39.00 per room, per day, taxable by 13%*, and includes: covered self parking for standard sized vehicles (2 per reservation); early check-in (based on availability); baggage storage (gratuity not included); local/800 phone calls; rooftop pool access; fitness center admission; bottled water; boarding pass printout.

GUEST SAFETY

For the safety and security of everyone, weapons are not allowed anywhere on the Plaza property (including our Guest rooms). This includes concealed firearms and all dangerous weapons. Anyone with firearms must contact Security to check in their firearms for safe keeping.

SMOKING POLICY

In non-smoking rooms and no-smoking areas, there is no smoking and no vaping allowed. The use of tobacco, e-cigarettes and marijuana is prohibited in these areas. If smoking occurs in a non-smoking room during your stay, a $500 charge will be billed to your room.

Dispute Resolution

  1. General. In the interest of resolving disputes between you and Plaza Hotel & Casino in the most expedient and cost effective manner, you and Plaza Hotel & Casino agree that any dispute arising out of or in any way related to these messaging terms and conditions (“Messaging Terms”) or your receipt of text messages from Plaza Hotel & Casino or its service providers will be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration is less formal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, may allow for more limited discovery than in court, and can be subject to very limited review by courts. Arbitrators can award the same damages and relief that a court can award. This agreement to arbitrate disputes includes all claims arising out of or in any way related to these Messaging Terms, or your receipt of text messages from Plaza Hotel & Casino or its service providers whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, and regardless of when a claim arises. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, BY AGREEING TO THESE MESSAGING TERMS, YOU AND PLAZA HOTEL & CASINO ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION and that these Messaging Terms shall be subject to and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

  2. Exceptions. Notwithstanding subsection (a) above, nothing in these Messaging Terms will be deemed to waive, preclude, or otherwise limit the right of you or Plaza Hotel & Casino to:

    1. bring an individual action in small claims court;
    2. pursue an enforcement action through the applicable federal, state, or local agency if that action is available;
    3. seek injunctive relief in aid of arbitration from a court of competent jurisdiction;
    4. file suit in a court of law to address an intellectual property infringement claim.
  3. Arbitrator. Any arbitration between you and Plaza Hotel & Casino will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the Commercial Dispute Resolution Procedures and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (collectively, “AAA Rules”) of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), as modified by these Messaging Terms, and will be administered by the AAA. The AAA Rules and filing forms are available online at www.adr.org, by calling the AAA at 1-800-778-7879, or by contacting Plaza Hotel & Casino. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this binding arbitration agreement.

  4. Notice; Process. If you or Plaza Hotel & Casino intends to seek arbitration, then the party seeking arbitration must first send a written notice of the dispute to the other party by U.S. Mail (“Notice”). Plaza Hotel & Casino’s address for Notice is: 1 Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101 Attn: Director of Security. The Notice must:

    1. describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute; and
    2. set forth the specific relief sought (“Demand”).

    You and Plaza Hotel & Casino will make good faith efforts to resolve the claim directly, but if you and Plaza Hotel & Casino do not reach an agreement to do so within 30 days after the Notice is received, you or Plaza Hotel & Casino may commence an arbitration proceeding. During the arbitration, the amount of any settlement offer made by you or Plaza Hotel & Casino must not be disclosed to the arbitrator until after the arbitrator makes a final decision and award, if any.

    Fees. If you commence arbitration in accordance with these Messaging Terms, Plaza Hotel & Casino will reimburse you for your payment of the filing fee, unless your claim is for more than $15,000 or as set forth below, in which case the payment of any fees will be decided by the AAA Rules. If the claim is for $15,000 or less, you may choose whether the arbitration will be conducted:

    1. solely on the basis of documents submitted to the arbitrator;
    2. through a non-appearance based telephone hearing; or
    3. by an in-person hearing as established by the AAA Rules.

    If the arbitrator finds that either the substance of your claim or the relief sought in the Demand is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose (as measured by the standards set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)), then the payment of all fees will be governed by the AAA Rules. In that case, you agree to reimburse Plaza Hotel & Casino for all monies previously disbursed by it that are otherwise your obligation to pay under the AAA Rules.

    Regardless of the manner in which the arbitration is conducted, the arbitrator must issue a reasoned written decision sufficient to explain the essential findings and conclusions on which the decision and award, if any, are based. You and Plaza Hotel & Casino agree that such written decision, and information exchanged during arbitration, will be kept confidential except to the extent necessary to enforce or permit limited judicial review of the award. The arbitrator may make rulings and resolve disputes as to the payment and reimbursement of fees or expenses at any time during the proceeding and upon request from you or Plaza Hotel & Casino made within 14 days of the arbitrator’s ruling on the merits.

  5. No Class Actions. YOU AND PLAZA HOTEL & CASINO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER in any purported class or representative proceeding. Further, unless both you and Plaza Hotel & Casino agree otherwise in a signed writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

  6. Modifications to this Arbitration Provision. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Messaging Terms, if Plaza Hotel & Casino makes any future change to this arbitration provision, other than a change to Plaza Hotel & Casino’s address for Notice, you may reject the change by sending us written notice within 30 days of the change to Plaza Hotel & Casino’s address for Notice, in which case this arbitration provision, as in effect immediately prior to the changes you rejected, will continue to govern any disputes between you and Plaza Hotel & Casino.

  7. Enforceability. If an arbitrator decides that applicable law precludes enforcement of any of the limitations of subsection (f) above (addressing class, representative and consolidated proceedings) as to a particular claim for relief, then that claim (and only that claim) must be severed from the arbitration and brought in court. If any other provision of these Messaging Terms is found to be unenforceable, the applicable provision shall be deemed stricken and the remainder of these Messaging Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
