Hogs & Heifers OUTPOST is our temporary pop‑up bar inside the Plaza Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas, keeping the spirit of Hogs alive while our brand‑new home on Main & Bridger is under construction. The space may not have the exact same Hogs look you’re used to, but it absolutely carries the same attitude—loud, bawdy, unapologetic, and full of that signature energy that makes this saloon what it is.
