The Blank Tapes (Joshua Tree):

The Blank Tapes is the moniker of California based, multi-instrumentalist, producer and prolific songwriter Matt Adams, who has released over 20 albums (350 songs!) to his credit. Inspired by British Invasion bands like the Kinks & Beatles along with the American rock groups of the 60’s and 70’s such as Creedence & The Doors, The Blank Tapes have adapted these sounds into a groovy, surfy, Summer soup peppered with some old country and soul music. Along with his infectious melodies, Matt’s lyrics are just as key as his famous improvisational guitar playing. From Brazil and Europe, to Japan and all across the United States and Canada, The Blank Tapes have been touring internationally since 2003.

Heidi & The Guinns:

Heidi & The Guinns released the album, ‘Boughs’ in 2024. Recorded at Naked City Studios in Las Vegas, the album features members of Dusty Sunshine and countless acclaimed musicians from the Las Vegas music scene and beyond. Heidi is now preparing an expansive tour, kicking off July 17th at The Sand Dollar at the Plaza. The show celebrates the patchwork quilt of life’s experiences and soul-shaping collaborations captured in this album.

HAIR (LA):

Hair was formed in 2019 in Los Angeles by Alec Alvarez and Dylan Nelson, who had been trading songs back and forth as pen pals since college. Sharing a mutual love of 70’s rock and roll, they began to write and perform music that put a modern spin on classic rock that was unique and energizing. Playing in small clubs around LA finding their sound, they self-released their first LP “Hair” in 2020, recorded and mixed in their garage in Glassell Park. A second LP was released in 2022 titled “Deux”, recorded at station house studios in Echo Park.

Joined by Arthur Siegel on drums and parker Biehn on keys, hair has since gained a following and “Grown” on many fans throughout East LA and Hollywood. A live EP “Redeux” was released in 2022 and new material is on the way.

Opal and Turq:

Born in the beguiling Mojave Desert, The Las Vegas Native, Paige Overton has been singing and writing since she could make a sound and hold a pencil. Teamed up with New Hampshirite by way of Utah riff licking guitar slanger Jake Shepard. Cumulatively they have opened up for such national acts as Link Wray, Dick Dale, Jr. Brown, Wanda Jackson and even Willie Nelson himself. . . to name a few. Opal and Turq are sure to satiate your hankering for anything Country Rock Blues and Soul and all that lies between.
