We welcome press, photographers, and content creators to cover the return of the Helldorado Days Rodeo on November 13 & 14, 2026. All applications are subject to approval by the rodeo committee. Approved media will receive a confirmation email with check-in instructions and access guidelines. To request official media credentials, please fill out the form below.
By submitting this request, I acknowledge the inherent risks of live rodeo events and release the Plaza Hotel & Casino, its staff, and event partners from any liability for personal injury, equipment loss, or property damage. I agree to provide the Plaza with high-resolution, unwatermarked copies of all captured media, granting a perpetual, royalty-free license for future promotional use. I understand that media credentials are non-transferable, subject to immediate revocation for unsafe behavior or policy violations, and do not permit continuous live broadcasting of the competition or unauthorized photography in the arena without a PRCA and WPRA authorized card. Furthermore, I agree to strictly adhere to all venue safety guidelines, including the approved media equipment exceptions and prohibited items list.
