Updated on April 3rd, 2020

Our entire team at the Plaza Hotel and Casino hopes that you and your loved ones are staying safe and doing well as we continue to navigate through these difficult and unprecedented times.

In accordance with the mandated closure of gaming properties by Nevada Governor Sisolak and the federal government’s extension of social distancing guidelines to address the novel coronavirus pandemic, the Plaza Hotel & Casino will remain closed through April 30.

All existing reservations in the month of April have been automatically cancelled. If you booked directly through our website or call center, your reservation was automatically cancelled and refunded. Please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account. If you booked through a third party, please reach out to the third party that you booked with for more information regarding refunds and cancelation of your booking. The Plaza has informed all third-party partners that we will be cancelling reservation with full refunds.

We also have paused the Plaza Rewards offers for the month of April. However, that does not mean your offers have gone away. Your best offer will be ready and waiting when you return to the Plaza.

Currently, we are accepting reservations for stays beginning May 1, but that is subject to change. Please stay tuned to our website and our social media channels for any updates.

We look forward to having you return to the Plaza when we can all celebrate and have fun together. Our doors will reopen and when they do, we can’t wait to see you. Until then, we wish you and your loved ones, continued good health and safety.

We miss you.
