Rules

  1. Membership is free for anyone over 21 and members are required to present valid photo identification bearing the same name on his/ her Plaza Rewards card when requesting any transaction.
  2. It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure his/her Plaza Rewards card is inserted properly in the machine when playing slots, and to ensure that a supervisor is aware of play when playing table games or other games in order to receive credits and/or promotions.
  3. The Plaza uses reasonable efforts to track a Member’s average bet and length of play, however, as a condition of receiving credits for table games or other non-slot games; Members agree that such credits are granted based on the personal observation of Plaza employees, which is subject to error. The determination of Plaza shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
  4. Plaza Rewards cards are the property of the Plaza and must be returned immediately upon request. The Plaza will not be responsible for lost or stolen cards.
  5. Employees of Plaza Hotel may be ineligible to participate in some/all benefits of the Plaza Rewards program and/or events and promotions.
  6. Plaza Rewards members are responsible for securing their confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN) for all accounts.  Players may not disclose their PIN codes except to Plaza employees. It is against club policy for a member to use another member’s PIN for any purpose.
  7. Any table match play has no cash value and must be played on even money bets only. Match play may only be played on regular blackjack tables, craps, and roulette and may not be bet on carnival games. Win or lose voucher is claimed by the house if you tie the voucher may be re-bet.
  8. Duplicate Plaza Rewards cards may be issued upon request with proper photo identification, up to a maximum of two (2) per day.
  9. Plaza Rewards cards, points, benefits, event invitations and/or promotional offers are non-transferrable, including upon death or divorce.
  10. Any misuse of the Plaza Rewards program and/or related events and/or tournaments or improper play as determined by the Plaza management may result in the demotion of tier status or the forfeiture of all past, present, and future Plaza Rewards benefits and offers, and may result in the cancellation of the Members participation in the Plaza Rewards program.
  11. Management reserves the right to adjust account status due to a computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Plaza Rewards program. It is against Plaza Rewards policy for a member to accrue points by providing his/her card to other players to use. Any misuse of the Plaza Rewards card will result in forfeiture of all program benefits.
  12. Points on a Plaza Rewards card will automatically expire after 365 days with no play on the card.
  13. Any and all applicable taxes relating to a Plaza Rewards Member receiving any type of award is the sole responsibility of the Plaza Rewards Member.
  14. Any rule or procedure relating to the Plaza Rewards program may be changed, modified or canceled by Plaza Hotel at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
  15. Management of the Plaza will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these official rules and that decision shall be final and binding. All decisions made by the Plaza management are final.
  16. The benefits listed are not guaranteed and are non-transferable. Guests are still responsible for tax and gratuity. Room upgrades are not necessarily a suite. Tier credits have no value and may not be cashed out or redeemed. Gold cash back limited to $500 per day. Super Bingo excluded from complimentary entries.
