  • When applying for Casino Credit, please note that P.O. Boxes will not be accepted.
  • Casino credit is for use while gaming at Plaza Hotel and Casino and is for use on table games, slot machines, keno, and bingo only.
  • Using the credit line for any other purpose, including race and sports betting, is not permitted.
  • Banking information, consisting of a checking account, is required to process your application. Please note that only personal accounts in which you are listed as a signer are acceptable.
  • Bank must accept markers for deposit.
  • A credit report is required as a part of the approval process.
  • If repayment of a credit line is required, please note that all payments must be made from your personal account directly to Plaza Hotel and Casino. In addition to cash payments made by you at our casino cashier, only the following methods, in which you are the remitter or listed as a signer on the account, are acceptable forms of repayment:
    • • Wire Transfers
    • Cashier’s Checks
    • Personal Checks
  • Any outstanding balance that is not paid in 30 days of credit issuance will be deposited to personal account on file.
  • Business accounts, trust accounts and money exchange houses are not acceptable for repayment of a credit line.
  • Any credit granted, may be suspended or revoked at any time and without notice by Plaza Hotel and Casino, and I hereby release Plaza Hotel and Casino, including its officers, employees and agents, from any and all claims, damages or losses that I may incur as a result of such credit being suspended or revoked.
  • It is required to use your Plaza Rewards card for all play when utilizing your credit line.
