$30,000 Mustang Mojo Giveaway Rules

1. All participants must be a member of the Plaza Rewards club and have a valid ID to participate. Drawing will be held outside the promotional area Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 8:15pm.
2. Player is responsible for ensuring that Plaza Rewards card is inserted and accepted on machines for entry tracking.
3. Players can earn entries from 12:01am on January 1, 2019 through 8:00pm on March 30, 2019.
4. Players will earn one (1) entry for every one (1) point earned on reel slots and video poker. Bingo will earn 1 entry for every $1 wagered.
5. Table game entries will vary based on game type and time played. The ratings are manual and are not all guaranteed to be input in time for play on day of drawing. If you have any questions about your rating please see the table games management team.
6. Entries for the Mustang Mojo Giveaway are earned on base points only. Point multipliers or other promotional points are not valid for this promotion. Entries can be checked on the kiosk daily.
7. Select eligible participants can receive up to ten (10) times ticket multiplier kiosk promotion daily for the Mustang Mojo Giveaway. This entry multiplier must be accepted at the kiosk in order for entries to be multiplied for that days play.
8. All participants will receive 50 free entry tickets one time for the Mustang Mojo Giveaway.
9. Players must activate and deposit entries into the drum at the kiosk between 6pm and 8pm on March 30, 2019. At that time the drum will close and no other entries will be allowed through the kiosk. Guests are responsible for ensuring their tickets are deposited during times mentioned above to be eligible for the drawing.
10. An announcement will be broadcast on the casino floor with the guest’s first name and account number. Winners must be present and will have 3 minutes to report to the promotional area from the time the name and account is called. Any names that need to be redrawn will have 2 minutes to report to the promotions area.
11. Fifteen (15) winners will be called at the drawing. We will continue to call names until we have all 15 players for the promotion. These guests will select from a board of 15 envelopes to determine their prize. Ten (10) winners will win $100 in Free Play and five (5) winners will have Mustang Mojo Qualifier in their envelope. These five (5) players will participate in a live stage game.
12. The live stage game will consist of five (5) winners participating in a car racing style game by rolling a single die. The finish line will be at space twenty-five (25) on the game board. Each player will be assigned a lane that will have thirty (30) spots each. Players order will be determined by the number listed on your qualifier prize tile previously selected from the prize board. Once order is determined player one will roll to see how many spaces they advance and then player two and so forth. Players will continue rolling the die until one player passes the finish line. All players must have an equal number of rolls before a winner is determined. For example player 1 crosses the finish line and lands on space 26. Player two, three, four and five must have their chance to finish rolling before a winner is determined. If player 5 lands on space 27 then they will be the winner of the car. The winner will be whoever crosses the finish and is the furthest after all players have rolled. If the player rolls and lands exactly on the finish line (game space 25) they will win a bonus $500 in Free Slot Play. In case of a tie there will be a roll off and the player that has the highest number on the die will be the winner of the car.
13. One (1) player out of fifteen (15) will win a 2019 Ford Mustang valued at $25,000. The winner of the game will have their choice; either to take a three (3) year lease option at $13,000, $10,000 Cash, or $15,000 in Free Play. The free play prize will expire in 30 days from date and time of issuance. The other players will win a free play prize amount as follows:
    • 5th place – $250 in free slot play
    • 4th place – $500 in free slot play
    • 3rd place – $750 in free slot play
    • 2nd place – $1,000 in free slot play
14. 14. If the participant selects the car, he or she will assume all tax liability, licensing and registration fees plus transportation of the vehicle. In addition to any other fees that may be associated with ownership of the lease vehicle.
15. Tax liability on prizes will be the responsibility of the participant.
16. PlayLV Management reserves the right to start, revise, amend, extend or cancel this promotion with 24 hours prior notice.
17. Employees, members of their household and/or relatives of The Plaza Hotel & Casino, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies promotion may not participate in any Plaza Hotel & Casino Promotions/Tournaments unless otherwise stated in official rules.
18. Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules shall be resolved by the property’s management in a manner that is fair to all parties. If the patron is not satisfied with management’s decision, he or she may exercise their rights under NRS 463.361 ET eq. and request the Nevada Gaming Control Board to review the matter.
19. By participating in this Promotion, each member shall be deemed to have read and clearly understood these Official Rules, and to have fully accepted and agreed to these Official Rules. Each such participant further accepts all decisions regarding any interpretation of these rules by The Plaza Hotel and Casino. These Official Rules will be available at the Plaza Rewards desk.
20. Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules shall be resolved by the property’s management in a manner that is fair to all parties. If the patron is not satisfied with the management’s decision, he or she may exercise their rights under NRS 463.361 et eq. and request the Nevada Gaming Control Board to review the matter.
21. Participation in this promotion constitutes Plaza Reward member’s agreement to abide by the Official Rules of Plaza Rewards and the decisions of The Plaza Hotel and Casino. Complete copies of all Plaza promotion rules and policies are available at the Plaza Rewards desk. By participating in this promotion, each winner hereby gives their permission and consent to allow The Plaza and its affiliated companies to use their name, likeness, photograph, video or image for promotional purposes without compensation.
22. The Plaza Hotel and Casino management reserves the right to change, cancel or modify this offer and adjust the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
23. The Plaza Hotel and Casino reserves the right to deny participation in the promotion or revoke Plaza Rewards card account at any time in its sole discretion.
24. Any participant that has been trespassed, excluded or barred from The Plaza Hotel and Casino will be disqualified from this promotion and will not be eligible to participate.
