If you’re going to be in the Las Vegas area this upcoming Thanksgiving weekend, check out some of the local Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals available at both retail stores and their online sites.

Best Buy – The wildly popular electronics retailer is a huge destination on Black Friday. They’ve just posted their pre-Black Friday deals with some items at discounts of 70% off or more! Best Buy deals on the Monday after Thanksgiving are often better than on the morning of Black Friday, so plan carefully to get the best prices! Check them out on The Strip at 3820 S Maryland Pkwy. or at www.bestbuy.com.

Walmart – Massive retailer Walmart is one of the flagship Black Friday venues this year, and leaked information has indicated that they’ll likely have a 55” 4K TV on sale for under $700, a deal on the Xbox One bundle with Gears of War, a $30 gift card for less than $300, and deals on iPads and other tablets. Visit Walmart late Thursday night to beat some of the Friday morning shopping insanity at 4505 W Charleston Blvd. or at www.walmart.com.

Kohl’s – This all-time favorite clothing and household accessories retailer always delivers a stellar Black Friday experience, and they often start their deals a few days earlier to give shoppers plenty of time to get what they need. They just released their pre-Black Friday deals and it looks to be a good year! Jackets normally priced at $160 for just $32.64 and memory foam pillows normally $50 for just $12.74. Visit the Las Vegas location at 8671 W Charleston Blvd., just west of downtown Las Vegas or at www.kohls.com.

Staples – Think office supply stores can’t be exciting? Think again! Staples has already released their Black Friday lineup and it looks valuable if you’re shopping for electronics. Sennheiser Urbanite XL headphones normally $249 will be on sale for $89 and a Dell 15.6” laptop normally $400 will be sold at $250, which are only two of the deals that will be offered post-Thanksgiving. Visit Staples at 6677 S Las Vegas Blvd. #108, or at www.staples.com.

Dick’s Sporting Goods – The sports and outdoors experts always create a fun and exciting Black Friday experience for shoppers, and this year is sure to be a blast! They haven’t released their ad yet, but if it’s anything like last year, it promises to be full of hugely discounted gear for the active individual. From clothing to sporting equipment and everything in between, visit Dick’s at 3200 S Las Vegas Blvd. or at www.dickssportinggoods.com.

Lowes – The home improvement giant offers up a comprehensive Black Friday ad that includes everything from power tool sets to refrigerators. They do a great job of putting rows and rows of stocking stuffer-type goods on sale, so Black Friday is a great time to stock up for the tool-loving enthusiasts in your life. Find them at 2875 E Charleston Blvd. or at www.lowes.com.

Participating in Black Friday and Cyber Monday is a rite of passage for most, but with some careful planning and a little patience, you can find some incredible deals and be in and out of the stores in no time. Be sure to pre-plan breaks in the day, like breakfast at your favorite Las Vegas coffee shop, or maybe lunch at Pop Up Pizza. Keep yourself adequately fed and you’ll only be hungry for the sales!
