HOTEL PACKAGES

Packages are based on availability and  subject to change.  Packages may not be combined with any other discount and/or promotional offer.  Packages do not include resort fee or occupancy tax.  Entertainment schedule is subject to change.  Management reserves the right to revise, limit availability or discontinue offer at any time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 72-hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit except non-refundable, non-transferable reservations as noted in the package disclaimer. If you cancel within 72 hours, including reservations made within 3 days of arrival, you will be charged the 1st night’s room rate and tax.

DEPOSITS AND CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS

All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. For general reservations, one night’s room and tax is charged at time of booking. For package reservations, the full package price of room and tax are charged at time of booking. Reservations made with declined or invalid credit cards are subject to cancellation. If your reservation is for arrival within the next 2 days, you will be required to present the same credit card which was used for the deposit to the front desk agent upon arrival for verification. If outside of the 2 day arrival, advance payment for all nights can be arranged by calling 1-800-634-6575.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus $100 (per stay) to cover incidental charges. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Debit card hard charges may result, in lieu of an authorization for incidental deposits and/or payment for length of stay. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

PLAYERS CARD OFFERS

To redeem a Royal Rewards hotel offer the primary Royal Rewards customer on the account must be present at check-in with valid photo ID and Royal Rewards card that match the name on the hotel reservation.

Should a companion arrive prior to the individual with the hotel reservation, the companion will not be able to check-in but will have the option to book a separate reservation until the arrival of the primary Royal Rewards customer, based on availability. Upon the arrival of the individual with the original reservation, they will be added to the new reservation and honor the original rates booked.

EARLY CHECK-IN:

Early check-in is based on availability for a fee. Complimentary early check in begins at 10am based upon availability. Fees may be subject to change and management reserves all rights. Check-out is 11am.

LATE CHECK-OUT:

Late Check-out requests may be made with the front desk and are based on availability for a fee. Fees may be subject to change and management reserves all rights.

LATE ARRIVALS

Rooms reserved through Plazahotelcasino.com are guaranteed for late arrival (after 6pm).

ROOM PREFERENCES

The Hotel will make every effort to fulfill preference requests; however they are not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for some requests. For accommodation preferences for the physically challenged, please call us at 1-800-634-6575.

AGE REQUIREMENT

This is an ADULTS ONLY location. Patrons must be over the age of 21 to reserve and check-in to the hotel, per guest room.

ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES

Rates are based on two people per room. A charge may apply for additional people staying in the same room. The maximum number of guests per standard guest room is four (4).

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE

The Hotel understands that guests may need to depart prior to the scheduled departure date.  The guest will have up to the time of check-in to amend their departure date without penalty.  After this time, should the guest depart earlier than indicated there will be a $50.00 early departure fee.

RESORT FEE

The resort fee is $30.00 per room, per day, taxable by 13%*, and includes: self parking; two (2) bottles of water; local/800 calls from guest room; boarding pass printing; pool admission (hotel charges for non-hotel guests), and early check-In (based on availability). Due to COVID-19, inclusions are subject to change. Management reserves all rights.

GUEST SAFETY

For the safety and security of everyone, weapons are not allowed anywhere on the Plaza property (including our Guest rooms). This includes concealed firearms and all dangerous weapons. Anyone with firearms must contact Security to check in their firearms for safe keeping.

SMOKING POLICY

In non-smoking rooms and no-smoking areas, there is no smoking and no vaping allowed. The use of tobacco, e-cigarettes and marijuana is prohibited in these areas. If smoking occurs in a non-smoking room during your stay, a $500 charge will be billed to your room.
