A 48-hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit except non-refundable, non-transferable reservations as noted in the package disclaimer. If you cancel within 48 hours, including reservations made within 2 days of arrival, you will be charged the 1st night’s room rate and tax.
DEPOSITS AND CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. For general reservations, one night's room and tax are charged upon booking; for package reservations, the full package price of room and tax are charged upon booking. Reservations made with declined or invalid credit cards are subject to cancellation. If your reservation is for arrival within the next 2 days, you will be required to present the same credit card which was used for the deposit to the registration clerk upon arrival for verification. If outside of the 2 day arrival, advance payment for all nights can be arranged by calling 1-800-634-6575.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Debit card hard charges may result, in lieu of an authorization for incidental deposits and/or payment for length of stay. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
PLAYERS CARD OFFERS
To redeem a Players Club hotel offer the primary Players Club customer on the account must be present at check-in with valid photo ID and Players Club card that match the name on the hotel reservation.
Should a companion arrive prior to the individual with the hotel reservation, the companion will not be able to check-in but will have the option to book a separate reservation until the arrival of the primary Players Club customer. Upon the arrival of the individual with the original reservation, they will be added to the new reservation and honor the original rates booked.
Early check-in may be obtainable based on availability at a fee. Fees may be subject to change and management reserves all rights. Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 11am.
Late Check-out may be obtainable based on availability at a fee. Fees may be subject to change and management reserves all rights.
Rooms reserved through Plazahotelcasino.com are guaranteed for late arrival (after 6pm).

This is an ADULTS ONLY location. Patrons must be over the age of 21 to reserve and check-in to the hotel.
ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES
Rates are based on two people per room. A charge may apply for additional people staying in the same room.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
The Hotel understands that guests may need to depart prior to the scheduled departure date. The guest will have up to the time of check-in to amend their departure date without penalty. After this time, should the guest depart earlier than indicated there will be a $50.00 early departure fee.
The Plaza will begin charging a resort free on July 24, 2012. $10.00 daily resort fee includes free wireless, free 800 and local telephone calls, complimentary bottled water, free parking and a coupon book with over $250 in valuable offers.
