What Is Single Zero Roulette?

Single zero roulette, also known as European roulette, only has one zero and does not include a double zero. There are only 37 numbers total on a single zero roulette wheel, but there are 38 numbers total on a roulette wheel that also includes a double zero. A single zero roulette game has better odds for the player since there are fewer numbers on the wheel.

If roulette isn’t your style of casino table games, you can enjoy 10x odds on Craps, 3 Card Poker, and so much more!

Best Bingo in Downtown Las Vegas

Bingo has been around since the 16th century. Learn where Bingo came from and where to find the best bingo in Downtown Las Vegas.

The History of Bingo

The game of bingo has roots dating back as far as the 1500s when a popular game in Italy called “Lo Giuoco del Lotto D’Italia” was regularly played. The game was similar to bingo because players would mark numbers that were randomly drawn out of a sack. There have been many variations of the game throughout history, and bingo originally came to America under the name of “beano”. It was later renamed “bingo” for the similar-sounding word.

As bingo became popularized in America, a mathematician, Carl Leffler, was hired to create 6,000 different bingo cards to create more combinations and possibilities. Bingo is now a popular game in the United States, especially in churches, casinos, and among retirement communities.

How to Play Bingo

Bingo is very easy to understand. In fact, it’s one of the easiest games to teach. The easiness of bingo is part of why it has become such a popular game. Playing bingo can be broken down into three easy steps.

Step 1: Get a scorecard

A bingo scorecard is needed to play and it has 25 randomly numbered squares on it under the letters “BINGO”.

Step 2: Listen to the caller call out letter and number combinations

There will be a designated caller at every bingo game. The caller will randomly select letter and number combinations. The letters always start with one of the letters in “BINGO” followed by a number.

Step 3: Place your bingo chips/dotter marks on your card when the right letter and number combination is called

The goal of bingo is to cover your card with a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line. That’s called getting a “bingo”. You place a bingo chip/dotter mark on the letter and number combination on your card when it is called. When you have a line, then you say “BINGO!”
