Here’s a preview of what you can expect:
The Plaza Hotel & Casino is renowned for delivering affordable luxury and a variety of gambling and dining opportunities. Yet, one of the best attributes of this classic downtown Vegas hotel is the creativity inherent to its live entertainment offerings. The newest show at the Plaza, One Epic Night, is virtually unlike any other show in Las Vegas. Prepare to be amazed! Debuting on August 29th and set to run until January 4, 2017, visitors have just four months in which to witness the live performances and carefully executed feats of skill that are the hallmark of One Epic Night. The show features headliners plucked from the latest television-based talent shows like “The Voice,” “America’s Got Talent,” “American Idol,” “Masters of Illusion,” and more. This limited engagement show is produced by Frank DiMaggio and Nick Padgett of entertainment group American Dream Concerts and is delivered in association with Bonkerz Comedy Productions. What’s better is the entire show is backed up by an incredible live band comprised of several nationally known artists such as Michael T. Ross, Stet Howland, and Brent Muscat. While the band guarantees a good time, so do the performers, which include:
- James Durbin, singer, and guitarist who finished in the top four on the 10th season of American Idol
- Will Champlin, singer who placed third on season five of The Voice
- Megan Ruger, a popular contestant from season six of The Voice and season 10 of American Idol
- Jarrett and Raja, known as “The Magic and Piano Guys” who delivered their own brand of magic and music on shows like America’s Got Talent, Masters of Illusion, and Shark Tank.
